The Sauce Cocktails & Catering

We hired The Sauce Catering for our backyard wedding reception this past weekend. We did not have a wedding planner or a day of wedding coordinator so I was a little worried with how the execution would go. Everything was absolutely perfect! The food, the service, the drinks… I couldn’t have asked for anything better. They took charge and communicated needs only when necessary but truly just let us enjoy our day while they took care of everything else. Everyone commented how much they loved the food. Everything felt so effortless. Thank you so much for making our day the absolute best!

I think it's typical for weddings to serve just ‘okay’ food but that is far from the case with The Sauce. Every appetizer, salad, meat, vegetable, potato, dessert and drink were delicious. We spent a lot of time in touch with Amy, who was also our contact for Consider it Done and she executed everything perfectly. Our guests were raving about the fried chicken and waffles and mini meatballs and when Alex and I sat down to eat we turned to each other and said “wow”. The short ribs and chicken medallions were melt in your mouth delicious. The drinks were tasty and served quickly and the bartenders and servers and all staff involved were so attentive, we felt so spoiled. The table settings were beautiful and fit the moody vibe exactly as we hoped it would. 10/10 recommend The Sauce!

Amy, Megan and Sarah were an absolute pleasure to work with at our wedding. The food was great, The drinks were strong, and no detail was too small to be overlooked. They helped me when I needed to make changes and made sure we could just relax and have fun the day of our wedding. They even recreated my own recipe for our signature cocktail! Please consider hiring them for your event!

Just had my baby shower here yesterday, and I can't put into words how amazing and perfect everything was! Amy, Sarah, and staff took care of absolutely everything to ensure our day was absolutely perfect! The food here is amazing and they mix awesome drinks! All of my guests were raving about how wonderful and beautiful everything was, they had the best time! This venue is absolutely gorgeous inside and their back deck is huge and beautiful! Beautiful place to have a wedding or any other type of special event. The staff delivers top notch service and everyone is so friendly and kind to do business with, they really make you feel like family and truly care that their guests are happy. They love what they do and it really shows in the way they go above and beyond to make sure your event is special. I don't have enough words to explain any better how pleased I was with our experience at Swanson Meadows, I really love this place and look forward to celebrating more milestones here in the future! Thank you all so much, you guys are the best!

I had my daughters Baptism celebration at the Swanson Meadows and it could not have been any more perfect. Amy was so easy to work with during the planning of it. The space is beautiful and intimate. It is the perfect blank canvas waiting to be decorated for any type of event! My guests raved about the Artisan Charcuterie appetizer board, and the Italian buffet was delicious! I added the blush flower wall, and it was a beautiful backdrop for pictures! I can't thank Amy and the rest of the staff at the Swanson for a beautiful day! I look forward to hosting another event there!

Stopped by Swanson Meadows for dinner and drinks this evening and walked away shaking our heads. The burger was fine but the steak tips were chewy and bland. We upgraded to truffle fries and received a half portion which were all about 1/4" in size. They appeared to be the crumbs at the bottom of a bag of frozen fries. The mixed drinks were overpriced. We ordered the wings as a starter and they arrived after the main course. We've been here once before and it seemed fine but tonight's experience was very disappointing.

Unfortunately it was not good. Looking forward to a nice meal at a very beautiful venue. 11:30 sitting for Mother's Day Brunch. Very few options. EVERYTHING was reheated and burnt. I could not cut the English muffins. I scraped the cold egg off it and only ate one. My husband got the chicken .again you could not eat it because it was so hard not crispy but reheated too much and burnt.meat was gray not white chicken. Did not eat it. Their were a few older ladies who could not chew their food also. Staffed seemed overwhelmed. I had to ask for my rose on the way out because it was not offered to me. I suggest you get a new chef and more professional waiters or servers for your "Special Events". Extremely disappointed to pay $95.00 plus tip for the food. We come there alot and have sent alot of business your way but will definitely let them know about this experience.

Amazing food! New local restaurant recently offering to go food and alcohol. I had the loaded tater tots which are an A+! Well cooked, great flavors. I also had the Northern Jaze IPA which is delicious, juicy, and served cold! Everything is reasonably priced and looks amazing. Definitely check this place out the next time you don't want to cook lunch and/or dinner.

The food at the restaurant is awesome. A lot of ingredients are made fresh and that really comes through in the taste. Mozzarella sticks are the best I've ever had. And the cheesecake is absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!

The food is great and lots of scratch made, quality options. You can tell the team takes great care, especially with the homemmade sauces and dressing (the caesar is amazing). Oh and the cheesecake: out of this world!
