Best garage experience to date! After initially taking my car to the Mercedes main dealer in Norwich, they supposedly fixed an oil leak I had however the leak still remained and was told they were fully booked for weeks. After a bit of research I came across PAS and their great reviews so I thought I’d give them a call to see if they could help. Their very kind receptionist booked me in and after dropping off my car, Matt found the issue immediately and was able to fix it for me. I couldn’t recommend this garage more to anyone looking for a personal, quality experience especially if you own a Mercedes. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and extremely reasonable prices. I’ll gladly be returning to have my services done in the future!

When in Norfolk I use Prestige Automotive Services Ltd Mercedes Specialist to service my Mercedes cars.
Recently had an ABC service on my 2006 CL 500 - oil and filter change and fitting of a magnetic filters to capture any metal fragments should the ABC pump fail for any reason.
Matt is very experienced, knowledgeable and personable.
I have scheduled some repairs and routine preventative maintenance to be undertaken next month on the CL
I have no hesitation with recommending this garage for all your Mercedes servicing requirements.
