Dynamic Automotive & 4x4

My 1967 Datsun Roadster 1600 had been sitting for over 18 months, and I wasn’t sure if it would ever run again. I know this isn’t the kind of vehicle Dynamic Auto sees every day, but their mechanic John worked his magic and brought this classic back to life. I’m so grateful for their professionalism, skill, and genuine care. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for honest and capable service — even for the classics!

I was having some trouble with my steering wheel shaking come to find out had do with my brakes, and I took my car to Dynamic Automotive for a full brake inspection. They were really thorough and explained everything I needed to know. It’s honestly so hard to find a shop that doesn’t try to take advantage of women, but I didn’t feel that way at all here. Last week I had an appointment, dropped my car off in the morning, and by the afternoon, it was done. Now my car rides so much smoother, and I know if I have any other issues, this is exactly where I’m going to come. Mr. Dwight and his team were super nice and really knowledgeable and helpful .I’m just really happy with everything!

I had an outstanding experience with this automotive shop. From the very beginning, the owner was incredibly responsive and understanding of my tight schedule. I travel frequently for work and urgently needed an oil change, and the level of service I received truly went above and beyond. Not only did the owner arrange to pick up my vehicle, but he also allowed me to borrow his car so I could continue with my day uninterrupted. My vehicle was returned promptly, freshly serviced, and clean. That level of care and convenience is rare and greatly appreciated. The office staff was equally impressive, professional, courteous, and welcoming throughout the entire process. This shop clearly takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and high-quality work. I have complete confidence in their services and this will be the only place I take my vehicle going forward. I genuinely appreciate the dedication and professionalism shown by the entire team and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable, customer-focused automotive care.

Dwight is the BEST! I needed a new battery for my Volkswagen, and he was able to get me in and out in 10 minutes!!! All of the employees are so kind. 11/10 experience with Dynamic Automotive. Also veryyy affordable!

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but my experience with Dynamics Automotive & 4x4 was completely unacceptable and disappointing. I dropped off my car for a diagnostic first thing in the morning and received a call with outrageous repair estimates. I told them I’d call if I decided to go through with anything. When I called at 4:20 to say I might be a few minutes late picking it up, I was initially told “no problem,” only to get a call back a few minutes later to be told I'd instead have to come the next morning since my car was still disassembled. While I understand technicians leave at 4, they should have reassembled my car before leaving since I had not authorized any repairs, which caused me to scramble for rides both that day and the next. The individual I spoke with the following morning defended this as “standard practice to leave it disassembled if a faulty part is out in case a customer calls wanting it fixed.” That may be standard, but I didn’t call, so leaving it that way was unnecessary and stressful. An apology doesn’t change that. I had heard good things about this shop, but my experience was the exact opposite. Poor communication, unnecessary delays, and outrageous prices ensure I will neither be returning or recommending this place.

I hold nothing but positive reflections about this place. The staff consistently demonstrate remarkable helpfulness, especially during challenging situations with my vehicles. While their services may come at a premium, I truly believe it’s worth investing in expertise rather than opting for cheaper alternatives. As long as I reside in this area, I will unwaveringly return here for any vehicle issues I encounter.

Had an awesome 👌 automotive repair visit earluer this month with Dwight and his team of Expert Engineers at Dynamic Automotive and 4x4. He gave me a very competitive estimate ahead of time, and provided me a complete picture exactly what was needed and the cost. The front office staff were very professional, warm and engaging and treated me like I was one of the family members. I chose this repair shop for my BMW over the BMW dealership and others, , because I trust their craftsmanship and i like the way they treated me, period. Don't get me wrong, cost is important, but even more important, is the feeling you get when you drive off the lot, and feel the way this ultimate driving machine performs. If you own a vehicle you will want to take it to Dwight and his team, every chance you get. You won't be sorry.

This place is a rip off . Stay far away. Diagnostics wrong. Charged for parts that was not installed and could not even fix my car . Brought it home over a grand later in the same condition and fixed it myself.

I'm the owner of an automotive shop and I do not trust anyone else in this town with any of my vehicles we have a hellcat red eye. Dwight is the amazing and the men and women that work for him especially Jennifer I will not go anywhere else and I've been a mechanic for 38 years if there's something I don't have time to do or front end alignments I go to Dwight I'm always in and out quickly and there's never any surprises if I could give them more than five stars I would

I've brought my two cars to James Auto Center for 4+ years now and always received prompt, professional and courteous service. These folks know what they're doing. Also, for the last two years their dog Buddy has always been happy to see me. I'm pretty sure he thinks I stop by just to see him!
