I’ve been working with Blyth for over three years, and I can confidently say she’s an exceptional therapist. What I appreciate most about her is her honesty and integrity — she doesn't just tell you what you want to hear, and she doesn’t let you off the hook when it matters. That kind of directness, paired with genuine care, has helped me grow in ways I couldn’t have imagined when we first started. Blyth creates a space where I feel both challenged and supported, and that balance has been crucial in my personal development. I always leave our sessions with something valuable to reflect on, and over time, I’ve seen real, lasting change in myself. I would absolutely recommend Blyth to anyone looking for a thoughtful, skilled, and truly invested therapist.

I’ve been seeing Blyth on and off for the past three years, and I can honestly say she has changed my life. She is incredibly understanding and knowledgeable, and she always brings new ideas/perspectives/tools to our sessions that help me look at things in a deeper way or challenge my own bias. What stands out the most is her balance of professionalism with a very human, approachable style—it makes it easy to open up and feel truly heard. I’ve worked with several therapists in the past, but often felt like we never quite got to the heart of the issues. With her, I’ve been able to uncover and work through the things that really matter. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist who is thoughtful, insightful, and genuinely committed to helping you grow.
