Brown Dog Home Remodel

I HIGHLY recommend Brown Dog Home Remodel. From beginning to end, Aaron was engaged, knowledgeable and interested in helping me achieve my desired outcomes in replacing a 55-yo basement bathroom. He offered great ideas, provided detailed estimates so I knew what to expect, and the work quality was outstanding despite my short timeframes. The results were so good, I asked BDHR to also paint, and replace the flooring throughout my basement. The transformation was extraordinary. Aaron was always very responsive and kept me well informed throughout the project. I HIGHLY recommend him and his team.

1. The toilet was not put on correctly and water was leaking through the ceiling. Thank God the drywall was not put back on the living room ceiling. If it had been this would have been a complete disaster 2. The bathroom countertop was not treated and was porous material. He did not tell us this. To his credit he replaced it. The new countertop came with a chip. The guys did terrible caulking. As you can see from the photos. Aaron went to fix the caulking and made it even worse with bright white that doesn't match the caulking that is already there. 🤦‍♀️ He has used our bathroom remodel all over his social media to show his work. Too bad he's not using accurate photos. This is what it really looks like. Broken tile, chipped counter tops and uncompleted paint. His estimates are accurate. He did not run over budget.
