My wife and I arrived home from our annual vacation to find water leaking from the ceiling in the room she was using as her office. Everette is knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to work with! He explained what was needed and he and his excellent crew performed the work extremely well and within a tight time frame. The best part is Everette’s experience with insurance companies. We had filed a claim with our insurance but it went nowhere. We hadn’t heard from an adjuster in more than two months. Everette contacted the insurer for us and the adjuster was in contact within a day. ERC’s detailed damage and project details convinced the insurer to settle our claim for 80+% of the damage! It was unbelievable! His crew was efficient, quiet, clean and well mannered. They worked well with our plumber, with us and our pets. I can’t recommend ERC highly enough for anyone who has damage and an insurance claim! They went above and beyond in every aspect of working with us. They are the best in the business!
