The boys came out today and did such a great job! They were polite, professional and explained everything really clearly. They fixed the blockage in my kitchen sink (which ended up being in the main drain) and even went above and beyond by clearing a stormwater drain outside and repairing the broken fittings and pipework. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything tidy. Super happy with the service and will definitely call them again!

Bottom line up front: Dean was not just a professional plumber; he was a genuine person with excellent communication skills whom I would recommend to my best mates. I had organised several quotes (as I always would) based on Google reviews. However, after meeting Dean in person and seeing his personable nature, attention to detail, options, upfront costs and prompt inspection, I knew the other quotes were unnecessary. We were constantly informed throughout what we knew was going to be a complex issue and had complete faith we weren’t going to be taken advantage of, as can unfortunately happen when it comes to complicated jobs. Not only did Dean demonstrate excellent problem solving to find and fix the hidden issue (which was actually an illegal action performed by a previous plumber), he was able to do other smaller jobs we had planned at the same time to reduce costs.
