Sip for Your Soul Wellness Centre is a holistic wellness studio in Calgary specializing in registered massage therapy services. Our massage therapy services support stress reduction, pain management, nervous system regulation, and overall physical well-being. We offer direct billing to most major insurance providers for your convenience.
In addition to massage therapy services, we provide Reiki healing, Tarot and astrology readings, and integrative wellness services. Our space is intentionally designed to feel calm, grounded, and supportive, allowing clients to fully relax. We also offer a curated selection of crystals and holistic wellness products.

I had an incredible experience with Brian a few years ago and every RMT I’ve seen since has never measured up. I found his info on an old invoice and wow! Here we are in 2026 and my massage at his new space, Sip for your Soul, was even better than I remembered.
The studio is cozy, relaxing, and clean. Brian’s techniques are unmatched. He is so intuitive and releases tension in places unbeknownst to me. The holistic approach had my body and mind feeling very refreshed. Thank-you Brian!!

My first reiki/crystal healing session with Nikita was very emotional — I felt a lot come up, and it took me a few days to process everything. But afterward, I noticed a big shift. When I went back for my second session a week later, the difference was incredible. I felt so clear, light, and deeply relaxed.
