After doing a move in cleaning I came back to find my condo still dirty. The fridge had crumbs/dirt still in it, the hood fan area of the microwave was full of grime/dirt. The top of the shower curtain rod, ceiling fan, and light fixtures were FULL of dust. They definitely took short cuts. I reached out with pictures and they did give me one hour for one worker off the final price. But there was two people cleaning so it should’ve been a full hour for both workers. It was the principle of a terrible cleaning job that I had to redo, on top of the stress of moving cities, that was frustrating. The discount did not mitigate that frustration. I expect a professional cleaning job from a professional cleaning company but based on my experience I would say it was a mediocre job.

We recently used this company for a full house cleaning after moving in and right before the holidays, and they were fantastic. Their team was incredibly accommodating, they managed to fit us into their schedule despite our busy family routine and the busy holidays season, which we truly appreciated. The cleaners were attentive to every detail and very careful with our unique and expressive decorative items, as well as the different finishes throughout the home. They used high‑quality professional cleaning supplies, and the house looked and smelled amazing afterward -fresh, spotless, and truly r eady for the season. Highly recommended!
