After years — and several highly-recommended repair companies — of trying to get the burners on my DCS oven to stop constant clicking, Frost Tip properly diagnosed the problem and solved it. I had been told by several repairmen that parts for the oven were discontinued. (That’s the short version and I won’t mention the hundreds of dollars wasted.). Ray and George diagnosed the problem and the number of parts to be replaced. The parts arrived within the week. One burner remained “clicky”. George and Ray wouldn’t stop until it was fixed. This involved taking the burner apart, cleaning every part and found the clog in a part the size of a thimble. I have never seen such dedication to getting the job done and done correctly. Ray and George are delightful — knowledgeable, polite, conversant and respectful. What an absolutely amazing service company. They service the Keys wherever repairs are needed. This business is an absolute gem. I’m not a review writer, but this company - from the first phone contact to the end of the work - is a one-in-a-million find. Highly recommend.
