Highly recommend Hart Heritage for your loved ones. We were looking for a home, away from home for our Mother. We met with Kim Cook for a tour and absolutely felt at home there. Kim was wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, our Mother had a fall prior to moving her there. One phone call to Kim and we were assured they would find space for her, even when we learned she would be entering under hospice. I can't say enough about how accommodating and kind they were. I'm sorry our Mother wasn't able to experience living there, as we lost her before she was able to become a resident. In our hearts we knew this was the place for her

My mom has been at Hart Heritage for a year. It's hard to transition a parent from home to assisted living but the staff have been wonderful at going above and beyond to not only meet her care needs but to make her feel loved and valued. They know her preferences and the things that make her happy. They go out of their way to honor those preferences and show her love. They have exceeded my expectations in so many ways.
