Nuoc mam chicken wings were excellent and tasty. I thought it was a good value since you get 10 wings. Pho - northern pho broth isn't very popular in Indianapolis. However, northern pho is my preferred, which is why this is one of my favorite phos in the region. At the same time, they still include the veggie toppings that's familiar with southern pho.
