I recently had an outstanding experience with Brothers Auto Body and Glass. After receiving approval from Jeep Canada to have my 2021 Wrangler Sahara repainted due to corrosion issues, I was referred to them—and I’m so glad I was. From the moment I contacted them, the front office staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. They booked my Jeep in right away and arranged a great courtesy vehicle for me. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. Although I didn’t get to meet the prep team, their work speaks for itself—the attention to detail was excellent, and my Jeep was reassembled flawlessly. The painter deserves a special mention too—not only did he do a fantastic job, but you could tell he genuinely cared about the quality of his work. Plus, he looked pretty cool in those camo coveralls! From start to finish, Brothers Auto Body and Glass exceeded my expectations. They clearly take pride in what they do and prioritize customer service at every level. I highly recommend them for any auto body or glass repair needs. They truly took care of both me and my Jeep!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! I had a wonderful experience with the previous owner now I will never ever take my car there and hope no one else does. I was rear-ended in August took it there to have my bumper replaced they say it will be no problem. When I dropped it off the only thing wrong with my car was the bumper. I picked it up and my power locks no longer worked my screen also started having problems along with my auto start at red lights was no longer working. They took it back scanned it said there was nothing wrong that they could see so they would make an appointment for me to take it to dodge as they are owed by willowbrook Chrysler you would think that wouldn't take long but months of calling them and NEVER getting a call back i finally called them very angry and it's amazing they could get it right in this is December now. Once they had it they told me that it would be $600 to get it scanned and the problems are not their fault. So either they are completely incompetent or they are lying about sending it to dodge because my cousin scanned it and the problem showed right up on his scanner and he is not a mechanic and he found the wires to my antennas for my truck all unplugged in the REAR BUMPER that is their fault. They are lazy scam artists trying to blame their mistakes on the customer. I will be contacting icbc to let them know that they should not approve this place for people to have their car repaired at and I hope this helps at least one person to not have to go through what I did.
