At Kernow Electromotive we offer a friendly local service specialising in precision car diagnostics and electrical repair. We specialise in finding those hard to find faults quickly and efficiently, from Engine and Gearbox to Audio and Body systems, we can fix it all.
We are fully mobile throughout mid/west Cornwall. We also have workshop facilities near Camborne and a dedicated electronics Lab where we can test and repair ECUs and other electronics.

Superb service, I can’t recommend Ross, our mobile mechanic and auto electrician highly enough. The level of service, knowledge, and professionalism has been outstanding from start to finish.
He has helped us with a wide range of issues, including fixing our car stereo, resolving faulty doors that wouldn’t open, replacing brake calipers and brake pads, sealing the chassis with rust protection, and diagnosing and repairing dashboard warning lights and a steering angle sensor fault. Every job has been completed thoroughly and with real attention to detail.
What really sets Ross apart is his ability to diagnose problems quickly and explain things clearly without any pressure or confusion. It’s obvious he has a deep understanding of both mechanical and electrical systems, which is rare to find in one person.
On top of that, he’s reliable, professional, and genuinely cares about doing a proper job rather than rushing through it. Having someone come to us and deliver this level of expertise is incredibly convenient and reassuring.
If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, skilled, and efficient, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Absolutely superb service all around.
