Hotel Killa View Jaisalmer - Best Hotels in Jaisalmer

We have checked in the room late night. The attittude of the staff was very arrogant. Bed, rooms and toilet are not maintained properly. The bed was full of dirt and stains. Service was very bad. Buffet counter for breakfast was not clean. Even the remains of the food on the previous day was not cleaned. Food was of low quality. The surprising thing was a boy in the same hotel came to the room with a glass of tea in the morning and charged 50 rs for a tea. I would give 0/5 for their overall hospitality..

Rooms are not clean. It's just disgusting to stay here. Their staff has no manners to talk with their guests. Their service is the worst I've ever seen. I travel a lot, i stayed in like 100 above hotels but this is the worst experience I've ever had in my life. We just told them to change our room bcz they sent us their whole package on our WhatsApp but none of them is like that and when we demand our rights they told us to leave their hotels and check out also and they didn't refund us also. Our whole family just suffer from trauma and they just don't accept their all mistakes. This whole package of ours is totally not worth it and this hotel sucks. This family trip is totally crap bcz of this 3rd class hotels and 3rd class their staff as well. I just don't want to visit jaisalmer again. It's humble request from me to not stay in hotel like this and don't fell on to their traps with online booking or other exciting offers. They just cheat on us and now they just change their whole personality.
