Noely did the snag for our new built and was very professional. She has a great eye to detail and is very knowledgeable about all things construction. Our snag list was over 70 pages long with over 100 major and minor items flagged. The list had a mix of images and text as well with some recommendations on how to address the fault. She was very helpful and highlighted the major items that needed to be fixed before our move-in which was especially helpful.
The price for the initial and follow up snag were very reasonable for the quality. Would highly recommend!
