Finally decided to try this place after seeing it open for a while. Looking at some of the early reviews, it seemed like the opening didn’t go amazingly, so I was a little sceptical at first. Our order was: Dynamite prawns 🍤 – £9.25 Chicken momos 🥟 – £10.25 Chai green fries 🍟 – £5 Signature hot BBQ chicken dip burger 🍔 – £8.25 Paneer Makhani signature bowl 🍛 – £13.25 Croffle 🥐 – £9.95 Luxury pistachio cake 🍰 – £5.99 My friend had the Paneer Makhani and the pistachio cake, so I can’t personally comment on them. However, they said both were very nice! They also highly recommend the CHAI-CHINNO (Karak coffee) — they absolutely loved it 😍. We shared: Dynamite prawns 🍤 Chicken momos 🥟 Chai green fries 🍟 My meal: Signature hot BBQ chicken dip burger 🍔 Croffle 🥐 My thoughts: Dynamite prawns – These were nice and I would recommend them, although they were slightly cold when they arrived. Still tasty though, and you get 6 in the portion. Chicken momos – Nice and flavourful. You get 6 in the portion and they were enjoyable. Also note that these can take up to 20mins to come out. Chai green fries – The server mentioned that one portion would be enough for two people, which I really appreciated as there was no upselling. She didn’t have to say that. She was right though — one portion is definitely enough for two. Signature hot BBQ chicken dip burger – This was okay. The chicken tasted like it might have been frozen and then fried, with the sauces adding most of the flavour. It wasn’t bad, just nothing particularly special in my opinion. Croffle – This was lovely. It’s basically a croissant that’s been put in a waffle maker, flattened, and served with Nutella and a slightly fancy (but tasty) scoop of vanilla ice cream. Not overly sweet and a good portion size. Service: Zenab and Zara (hope I spelt them right) were lovely — very attentive and welcoming, which made the experience even better 💁🏽‍♀️💁🏽‍♀️. Atmosphere: Nice and cosy inside. There is a single toilet which can also accommodate those who need an accessible toilet 🚻♿. Overall: It was a nice place and enjoyable to eat at. I may come back again at some point. Side note: I didn’t tell the staff I would be leaving a review — this is just my honest experience. Came here to celebrate International Women's Day with my partner and we had a lovely time. We came here really hungry so that we could try loads of different dishes and they were all lovely. I started with a Karak Coffee, which I highly recommend if you like a sweet coffee. Very flavourful, made to perfection. For starters we had the dynamite 🧨 prawns 🍤. They were crispy, spicy and smothered in sauce. We then tried the momos, which were well filled, very tasty and perfectly steamed. For mains I had the Paneer Makhani with parathas. My partner had the BBQ chicken burger and then we shared a portion of Chai Green Chips. I absolutely loved the chips, very nice flavour and the portion is huge, more than enough for two people to share, maybe even three. My partner really liked the flavour of his burger and I really enjoyed my paneer. I had to stop eating halfway through because I was getting really full and wanted to have space for dessert. For dessert 🎂 I had to have the pistachio cake which was a pistachio feast in itself. It was absolutely delicious and I was very sad I couldn't fit in the last bite as I was too full. We also had a coke and a diet coke and they came in the glass bottles, you have to love a glass bottle it tastes so much more crispy,if you know you know. The customer service was 10/10. Lovely place, 💯% would come here again.
