San Juan counties of Washington State. Since then we have going strong with a
professional crew run by a Certified ISA Arborist (Dan Olsen #PN6359A). We are
confident to provide safe, scientific, and first class tree care in the areas of removal,
pruning and structural cabling. We are a drug free, company looking to make every day

During a windstorm, a branch fell off our 140+ foot tall fir tree. It punched hole through the roof and went right into our spare room. Less than a week later, it happened again. Terrified of every sound I heard from that moment on, I reached out to every tree service in the county. One came to give an estimate, and it was unreasonable. The very next day, Dan from Olsen Tree Service came out to give an estimate. Half of what the first company asked. The next morning, I decided to hire Olsen Tree Service. Four hours later, they got started and by the end of that day, one of the two problematic trees was gone. They were back a couple days later to do the second tree. So much faster than I expected considering it was Christmas week.
I had initially wanted to remove the two trees. But I felt so guilty killing heathy trees. Fortunately, Dan saw value in keeping the second tree, but removing the top half and cleaning up the lower half. With his professional expertise, we were able to maintain the tree while gaining peace of mind that our house would be safe. He did this arguably more difficult job without increase in price.
During the second tree, which was horribly located between two fences, a few panels of our fence got damaged. Without my asking, he took some off the price to allow us to repair the fence. He truly values building client relationships that will last!
I have been so pleasantly surprised at how stress-free they made this experience. We have had a rough few weeks with roof damage and flooding, and we knew we were in good hands with Dan and his team. I would fully trust their knowledge and skill with any tree service. I cannot recommend them enough!
And as a bonus, it’s super fun to watch them work! Dan even sent a video of what I missed while out of the house 😊

Dan and his team were efficient and cleaned up the work site every day of this job that entailed removing 7 very large sequoias. He kept us informed of his plan and updated us as needed. We would not hesitate to recommend Olsen Tree Service.
