The office has potential. I liked the doctor I worked with, Michelle Segal. However, the receptionist kills the overall experience. Very unprofessional and lacks proper communication. Unfortunately, I can’t go back because of the poor service.
I agreed to a very expensive treatment plan my first visit to get things going while I waited for my insurance to kick in. I left with little explanation on how the order of my treatment case will go, after having to ask multiple times.
I then called before my next appointment to verify information regarding my new insurance, just to find my cleaning (which I mentioned on multiple occasions) was never scheduled. The receptionist then proceeds to press me about being a “waist of time.”
Unfortunately, the investment is not worth the poor service. Especially not as a first-time patient.
