Home adjuster changed 4 times and its been 2 yrs without a resolution. They are terrible in undervaluing...unreasonable. it cost 42k to repair home and they offer 18 with most line wxactimate line items missing. Karma will catch up to Allstate. I never had such a bad experience. Our agent is ok but she needs to put pressure on them and does not.
