First time ever dealing with a hot tub and wanted to leave it to the pros and called ohio spa repair. Im currently taking care of my parents property and the hot tub was filthy from not being used for months. Gave them a call and joe the tech was super friendly and informative on what the process was and what needed done. The hot tub looks brand new when he finished and I couldnt be happier with it. Im definitely going to be using them again in the future. I highly recommend this company, look at the before and after pictures!

Highly recommend Ohio Spa Repair! I have a Hot Springs brand and no one works on those. My guy from last year isn't in business anymore, so desperately looking for a circulation pump replacement before the real cold hits and stays. Katie and Sara got me scheduled, and even though they were 3 weeks out, they called me when a cancellation came in, within 6 days of setting appt. Derek the tech came out, I was at work, so he took pictures of everything, communicated through text, and even wound up the extension cord, and pulled the submersible heater out and placed on my deck. Didn't leave the broken part behind either. Very pleased and just a great experience. Hard to find reliable people and companies as we all know, but OSR set the bar high. Thanks for great service!
