Next to Nature Landscape

I have been nothing but impressed with Next to Nature. From the owners to designers to the installers, they expect nothing but the best. The communication is excellent and everything is high end. Thank you Next to Nature. I would give more stars if I could.

N2N was the suggested landscape company by my home builder. I needed retaining walls, irrigation, hardscape and landscape. So overall looking at $70-$100K. Met with Adam in May. It was obvious he was not listening to anything I had to say. Said he would get back to me in a couple of weeks. 5 months later finally gave something to the builders. Retaining wall bid only came after I had gotten one from another company. Landscape plan ignored everything I said in our only meeting. The kicker was that at no time did he even bother to cc me on any of the correspondence - just sent it to the builder. THEY are not making the decisions! As you can guess from this review I went with another company - night and day difference in communication. I guess it must be nice to be able to ignore a new job of this size.

The entire process from design to actual execution was flawless!! During the actual planting, Hugo and his crew were organized, detail oriented and focused on carrying out the original design… Very impressive!!

Built an amazing backyard for us with a pool. Great swim up bar concept! Adam Lang did a great job on the design!

Next to Nature was contracted to do snow removal for our neighborhood. We got around 10" of snow that stopped falling on 1/5. It's currently 1/7, no snow removal has been done and people in our neighborhood can't leave their houses. This company doesn't live up to their standards that they contractually agreed to. UPDATE: Next to Nature stopped communicating with our management company after 2 days of not showing up. A different vendor had to be hired to handle the snow removal. If they weren't prepared to handle it, they shouldn't have signed a contract to do it. DO NOT hire them to do anything for your property, you will not get the service you expect.

These folks are truly wonderful and always quick to respond to any of my needs. They're friendly and affordable, making every experience a pleasure!

The irrigation technician opened our system for the year. He checked each sprinkler within each station and adjusted the coverage if necessary. One spray nozzle was replaced. The service tech was very proficient and informative. Next to Nature provides an excellent service which we recommend.

I have worked with Shane over the years designing landscape around my house... recently the work was done by Luis's crew and he could not have executed the plan more perfectly! Was just what I wanted, and Luis and crew were there to make sure we were on the same page, wanting me to check the work before they left, he was so kind, and wanting to do the job well, which he certainly accomplished! Thank you Luis! :)
