Broth options are not reliable per visit. I’ve tried 3; the level 4 spiciest beef broth was too oily but it wasn’t as oily in another bowl? I scooped and filled half a cup full of oil. I feel like they use chili oil for their spicy seasonings instead of dry chili spices. The Tom yum broth is leaning more towards curry than shrimp. Tomato hot and sour is 80% tomato and sweet and not really sour. Sauce tray has the essentials, but they use powdered sugar for their sugar. The malatang bar has good meat options but the mushroom options are severely lacking. They only have king oyster and no enoki? I recommend getting the cilantro beef. The establishment is clean and service is straightforward. I’d give the malatang bar options 8/10. If they improve on broth I would come more often. $14.99 per pound. If you are not in the area, I would just go to yin tang. Good for one try.

Been waiting for a long time, finally they open! 2nd time here. My daughter loves it. The restaurant is clean. The staffs are friendly. I got the basic bone soup with mild spicy which is perfect. Super convenient when you don’t want to cook and don’t know what to eat.
