Had my car tyres replaced today and couldn’t be happier with the service. Sam was incredibly professional, honest, and efficient. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this workshop for anyone looking for quality work and genuine customer care.

While the mechanics from hrb were very polite and easy to work with, the contractor for the air conditioning repairs is abysmal. They had my car for approx 1hr to inspect and provide a quote for the work, allegedly claim to have run a camera through the system and were confident that they had the parts and could do the work for a set cost with 1 days worth of labour. Worth noting we had already had a full diagnostic assessment done by subaru but wanted to check price between providers and told the contractor at hrb explicitly what the issue was. Price was 20% lower than subaru so we agreed to book it in for the work the following week. We dropped it off as agreed and a few hours later get a phone call to say there is nothing wrong with the ac it just needs to be regassed, I informed them that no, it has been regassed several times and to proceed with the agreed work, at this stage he advised me it was a much bigger job than he realised and it would take an extra day. Reluctantly I agreed to the extra day, next day I get another phone call saying that it's not the model of car he thought it was when he first inspected it and that the cost of work would have to be doubled and it would take weeks, making it 60% more expensive than the original quote from subaru. I declined and requested that he put the car back together so I could take it to Subaru instead. Picked it up at the end of the second day and took it to the Subaru service center instead, they completed the work in a day and at pick up asked if someone else had tried to fix it because there was significant damage done to the system and components missing. I can not speak to HRB's other services but absolutely do not recommend using this guy for car air conditioning repairs.
