I have been privileged to have Craig and his team of excellent craftsman work on all my metal fabrication needs for 12 years. They are like heart surgeons as I said yesterday to Craig when I picked up my van after getting this magnificent step welded and fitted. I’m very fussy and they are so meticulous.
Not just the end product but it’s Craig’s excellent customer service that sets him apart. Hi always got a really genuine smile on his face and eyes and he loves helping people. I even brought back one vacuum three times which was my fault on the changes and Craig was extremely patient and was very helpful and didn’t charge me for my changes.
Other business should look at the way Metfab conducts themselves and follow there lead as they are one of the best services in Melbourne for design and custom fabrication of ever seen .
