We are a small plumbing company that provides services from replacing a dipping faucet, to recipient the entire house. We provide plumbing, sewer and even septic service. We like to thoroughly explain everything to the customer, so they are making an informed decision, and not regretting their decision after payment is made. We believe in one on one interactions, not mindless phone calls through countless office personnel that leaves your furious. We feel.our techs should have a first name basis with our customers, and they should be able to talk directly with the person performing their repair. We do not believe in salesmen, which are often times given a "professional" sounding title like 'Field supervisor'...
