Lizette is outstanding. She knows her stuff, she listens, and she really took the time to understand what we need. She put together a plan that’s so affordable it honestly blew us away! My insurance Agent Clark is the best on the planet as far as I’m. I’m concerned. Her knowledge and explanations of what coverages were available and how they are different was amazing. Warm, kind, friendly and super smart! What more could you ask for!!! Her heart came through and her joyous tone over the phone brought a breath of fresh airs! No harsh rushing tones- pure ease of conversation and did I say,”no pushy rough harsh language!” Exactly! She made a big time impression on me about good ole customer service the way it is meant to be! Kudos to her!!!!

8/22/2025 I had a very pleasant experience I wanted to share with Anyone who needs to change their automobile insurance. Ask for Victoria Salinas at Allstate Insurance. She is knowledgable and can easily guide you through getting the best coverage in your policy and she'll save you money too. As a senior she explained that I wasn't utilizing quite a few discounts that saved me over $100. Friendly, efficient and called me back when she said she would. You can count on her.

Ray helped me a lot today. He gave me the best price with the best coverage. Not only that, He helped me understood a lot more about car insurance. My experience with Allstate Staff has always been stellar. Christian L., the sales agent that helped me get the Auto, Renters, and Umbrella policy that I needed. I have been working with Christian who has been awesome. I contacted more than a dozen agencies to help us find home insurance. I was unable to find coverage for us as we are deemed to be in a wild fire risk area now and have a home of higher value. Our previous insurance went up 450%! Are Agent, Raymond was the best.He was polite, patient, very knowledged about his job. And that wasn't the best thing about him. Because he should me my quote and it was 2 times better contract, and he saved me 720.00 a year.
