Tally was such a delight to speak with. She helped my husband and I set up new auto/home/umbrella policies, explained all the coverage clearly, and was upfront about any discounts offered. She truly was so nice and knowledgeable, and made up feel welcome into the State Farm family!

I have been with Tyler Thomason State Farm Agency for 6 months. I can honestly say that this has been easily the best experience I have had with any insurance provider.
From the get go, their customer support has been outstanding, specially with Kailey. She is always friendly, responsive, HONEST, and always willing to go above and beyond to answer questions or clarify coverage details.
What was even more impressive was how smoothly everything went when I recently had to file a claim. The entire process was fast efficient, stress free thanks to the professionalism of the adjuster and the watchful eye of my agent Kailey who was there during the entire time. I was able to receive payment more quicker than expected.
If you are looking for reliable, honest, auto insurance, I highly recommend this agency.
