It was an overall disappointing first experience with A-High Tech Appliance Repair. There were three areas they failed to meet expectations: 1. It is very hard to get in touch with anyone by phone. Calls were not returned, neither messages left with their automated voice response person, Ava or regular voicemails. I only got text responses, if any. 2. They clearly state the $89 service fee will be applied toward your total. In my case, they are refusing. See screenshot of my invoice. They are claiming that the labor cost was really $278, not what was on the invoice, $189. For one hour of work, that is expensive. 3. The technician was supposed to arrive Wed, but showed up on Thur instead without any notification until I question it. I made arrangements to be home on Wed. As for the repair, it was completed and the washer is working as expected.

Service was the most efficient and friendly I have ever experienced. Abe was doing everything he could to solve our problems and tried to find the cheapest solution. I would highly recommend A-High Tech for any appliance service.they
