I recently was referred to Apex Auto Care and what a God sent Bryan has been for me. In the last few yrs I lost my husband and being a senior there is alot to take on, one being Auto care. First impressions are important, #1 his shop was immaculate and equipped with lasted technically. #2 Bryan was perfessional, thorough and gave me upfront est. Cost of all services I needed and possibly would like to address in the future, and he was very affordable. I now have a partnership with a mechanic I totally trust. Thank you Bryan I hope to refer my friends that also find themselves looking for the same great service

Bryan, the owner and mechanic, is professional, knowledgeable, and highly experienced with a long-established work history you can trust. He provided a thorough inspection of my vehicle, complete with photos showing areas of concern so I could clearly understand the diagnosis. The repair estimate was transparent and very competitive—better than other local shops and definitely cheaper than dealership prices. What really stood out was Bryan’s reliability. He completed the work exactly when he said he would and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly. He encouraged me to reach out with any questions, which shows how much he values his customers. I learned that APEX Auto Care was a new, locally owned business a few days prior to my Ford Escape's issues. I always try to support local businesses when I can, so I got in contact with Bryan to get an appointment. I was able to get in the very next day for a diagnostic inspection of my car. There were several items that Bryan found, and though I originally wanted to repair just the issue causing me problems, I went ahead and approved all recommended repairs. Now I have peace-of-mind that my car will be good until its next service. Bryan was very courteous and kept me informed of the repair progress. At the time of check-out, I had a very nice conversation and felt very happy that I made the choice to go to APEX Auto Care! I will be going there for my next service and highly recommend that you go there too!

Unbelievable level of service in this shop. Bryan’s attention to detail and communication are second to none and he’s just a helluva guy. The prices are totally reasonable. I won’t take any vehicle to anyone else.

Took my Durango in for an oil change and to get some belts replaced. I was able to get in quick and it was finished in a timely manner. I was updated along the way with pictures and a tx letting me know the status as well as future things that may need dealt with. I would definitely recommend Apex to anyone that wants good quality work at a fair price.

Great communication. Very thorough inspection of my vehicle. Included with inspection was an indepth inspection report, prioritizing critical repairs, and outlining any repairs that may be on the verge or needed in the near future. After the inspection report I received a detail estimate/quote for the repairs. Super transparent and efficient. Repairs that were critical were done day of, and I had my vehicle back by end of day! Great addition to the Veneta/Elmira community for auto repair needs!

Easy to make a the appointment and drop off. Brian texted an estimate, with photos, of everything that was wrong. At pickup, the price was slightly lower than the estimate (when does that happen) and the car is running great! I'm super happy
