We came here hungry from Kyoto but will leave very satisfied. We had the wagyu cheeseburger (asked them to omit the truffle oil) and the steak with rice. The standout was the steak with rice. The wagyu was lean, unlike other wagyu in the market. But very soft, flavorful and juicy. Our servers were both Japanese who spoke good English. Overall very happy. Tip: if you don’t want to climb the stairs, there is a lift within the building that takes you to the restaurant.

Food: generally enjoyable. 1. Steak: standout dish of the meal — very tender, melt-in-the-mouth, and full of flavour. The burger was also well done and satisfying, with fries cooked just right. 2. Wagyu rice bowl with egg: features a very fresh egg and good-quality beef. 3. Ramen: less memorable compared to the other dishes. It leaned on the saltier side and had a prepackaged broth flavour, which didn’t quite match the quality of the rest of the meal. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience, especially for the steak, friendly service, and comfortable setting near the station. The restaurant is conveniently located just a short walk from the station, making it easy to visit. The atmosphere was comfortable, allowing for relaxed conversations, and the service was warm and welcoming. Honestly, the price point is a little steep for what you’re getting and I expected better quality ramen. The steak was our best pick. The staff were friendly and could speak English well, which added to the overall pleasant experience :) Shoutout to Yuuka, our server, for her attentiveness!
