David is the most amazing agent I could ever asked for. He is real with me about what was going on with any houses I saw, and have extensive knowledge on building/ structure. He is able to point out red flags in the houses and if they were dealbreakers or not. He was always available for my questions, anytime of day/ night. I would highly recommend him to everyone especially if you are a first time home buyer like me. He found me a house so quickly, off market and exactly in my budget. David Cohen was my realtor selling my condo and he helped me with everything I needed. Whether it be driving to the condo to meet people even though I couldn't because I had a restraining order, or giving me an advance on money so I could replace a microwave and get the condo cleaned and painted. He was also very responsive communicating with emails, phone calls, and text messages. The condo sold within 2 weeks. I definitely recommend him if you're buying or selling.

David is the consummate professional. My wife and I spent 15 months searching for a home, and the majority of that time working with 4 agents and multiple fill-ins. The main difference between David and his predecessors is that he actually listened to us. He worked within the parameters we provided to finally get us the right home. He was quite knowledgeable about the process, as was clearly demonstrated by the amount of preparation. He arrived early to each showing, walked the property, and prepared us for each viewing. We had given up on working exclusively with agents, namely the pushy, impatient, "sell first ask questions later" agents. David Cohen is the opposite...he is a keeper!
