In 2020, my boyfriend passed away. As executor of the estate, I asked Chassy to sell the house. Chassy is a very professional and kind realtor who helped me with various aspects of the sale of his home in Marion. She was always available to answer my questions and brought in several potential buyers. We were able to secure a buyer who was thrilled with the home. This home had exterior damage due to the derecho storm, and we still received a very fair price. (The insurance company had not had time to make the repairs at the time of the sale; however, subsequent repairs were satisfactorily made to the buyer's satisfaction.). Additionally, we had to deal with the challenges of the estate regulations. We had to work with an attorney in Davenport, Iowa, and Chassy handled it very professionally. I lived in West Des Moines at the time of the sale, and Chassy made it very easy for me to receive and review documents without having to travel to Cedar Rapids/Marion.
