I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. We were charged €100 for a visit, and although the stations were working initially, they stopped functioning again after just a few hours. What is most frustrating is that when I contacted to explain the issue the following day he said he would come out after a holiday but its 3 weeks now and he refused to return to fix the problem. For the amount charged, I expected a proper and lasting repair, along with basic customer service if something went wrong shortly after the service. Unfortunately, this has been costly and frustrating. I would not recommend this company based on the lack of accountability and customer service received.

I left my Samsung tv with THE TV MAN yesterday, he told me he would call me today to let me now if it could be fixed true to word he calls me at approximately 16:50 today to tell me its repaired top job done and id highly recommended him in the foreseeable future ( out of 10 id give him an 11) regards Derek
