We needed our survey completed without delays, and he absolutely delivered. John was out on the property in February on a freezing, snowy day, and his attention to detail was truly impressive. He is clearly an expert in his craft and takes his work seriously. What stood out the most was his professionalism and knowledge, he even identified and corrected an error from a previous survey, which gave us so much peace of mind during our home-buying process. Had John do a survey for me in Saratoga. He came with a drone and mapped my entire parcel of land, he was able to find property corners that I didn’t know where they were, he put pink tape on each corner so they were visible and clearly marked. He was very professional, and timely with his work. I would highly recommend Moncrief & McLean.
