James and his crew did a great job removing two trees in my back yard. He responded quickly to my request for an estimate and was able to schedule the tree removal within a few days. He and his team were professional, friendly and easy to work. They did a great job of cleaning up all of the tree debris, while being sensitive to not damaging the grass and artificial turf in both my back and front yards. Very professional from start to finish. Quick response to our initial inquiry. Informative during the on site walkthrough and estimate. On the day of the job James and his crew got to work quickly. They had four huge very mature trees to trim. They worked carefully and respectfully of everything in and around the work areas. Cleanup after completion was more than expected, leaving the yard looking cleaner than when started. Will definitely use again for our next trimming needs.

This company came to work at the Golden dog Park. I was sitting under the shade of this tree the day before, which was a tree that looked perfectly healthy tree as far as I can tell, but who knows. It may have been rotted inside and at risk of fallong. The beautiful, decades old tree was cut down and arborist prime put their name on it proudly. The dog park visitors were saddened with no explanation of why this magnificent tree was trimmed. Months later, that tree has sprouted into a bushy lively tree, thankfully and we don't have to be sad about a stump anymore.

I called James on a Thursday evening and he was able to come out to see my tree the very same day. He was able to get me in the schedule just a few days later which was a huge relief. James was great to work with. Very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and the work done by himself and his team was great. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend him.

We had James out to inject our ash for EAB. He was able to schedule us right away and did an awesome job with the injection. I called Arborist Prime to remove 3 trees from my property and James arrived quickly to assess the trees and provide an estimate. When onsite to do the job, the crew was fast and courteous. They had to remove 2 trees from a small space in between 2 fences and they did a fantastic job. James kept communication high the whole time. I'm very pleased with my experience with Arborist Prime.
