Chase on the Lake Resort & Spa

Me and my family for 8 years I know this because the first year my son was born we started going to walker had to pass last year because the price gauge from the new owners im assuming. First of all over 7 years all I hear is we are upgrading our rooms and we take room cleanliness seriously no you dont. I have and can share pictures from 8 years ago of the condo we got from today and 8byears ago and it looks the same. The restaurant is amazing but im not sure if its the same owners even though its in the same hotel. The view is absolutely amazing and lake side which is what attracted us. But seriously we went from paying just over a thousand for 5 days over the 4th of July EVERY YEAR till the new n owners took over and the price went to over 2500 last year and this as we had seen. Plain and simple the price you pay YOU PAY FOR THE VIEW DEFINITELY NOT THE ROOM OR WHAT COMES IN THE ROOM.

Not sure how this place gets so many stars, probably fake reviews. Never had anything at the grab and go breakfast, rooms were not clean, several bath towels had hair on them. Place was noisy,front desk did nothing about the raging kids from the hockey tournament fighting in the halls. Not enough parking to support the place, people were parked down the streets. Signs to find different areas were terrible. 3 nights and nothing was restocked. We will never be back!
