Del Rio Dry Cleaners ruined three suits for my father, brother, and I. These suits were for my brothers wedding and now the owner has caused a lot of last minute stress. When I called and spoke to the owner and informed her how badly all of our suits were done and how short my sleeves were she condescendingly told me I asked for my shirt cuffs to show during my fitting. During my original fitting I asked for at most a quarter inch of my shirt sleeve to show. During this fitting and with this request the owner pinned my jacket accordingly. I was returned my jacket with almost two inches of sleeve showing. After telling her this she then told me my brother and I must of switched jackets, again condescendingly. I informed her that we are completely different sizes and had verified on the suit tags that we were trying on the correct ones. Her seamstress took a month and a half to do this terrible job and now we only have two weeks to get this fixed by a professional tailor. The owner kept insisting that we could bring the suites back to have them fixed by her seamstress, but again we only have two weeks until the wedding , not a month and a half for her seamstress to do another terrible job. The professional tailor informed myself that my jacket was to badly done and could not be fixed. After showing the owner the pictures that I am posting, pictures of the original receipt for purchasing the suit, and a new receipt for a same day over night delivery of a new jacket in the same color, brand, and size I was told my the owner that she did not trust me and stopped responding to my texts. She did refund the tailoring fee she charged for this terrible job; however, refused to reimburse for the new jacket or even apologize. My family, friends, and neighbors will no longer be using Del Rio Dry Cleaners due to this.

I would not recommend this cleaners to ANYONE. We have used this cleaner for years it is now under new ownership and they are no longer using the same tailor that Del Rio Cleaners have used over the past 30 years. I have never had a problem in the past. Two months ago I brought in 3 suits to be tailored for my son's wedding. My husband and two sons were there for almost an hour having their measurements taken for the suits to be tailored. Their new seamstress took over a month and a half (which I was originally told would be three weeks max) and all three suits were done extremely poorly. The sleeves on each jacket are uneven and extremely poorly sewn. The buttons on the sleeves were sewn on with massive knots and are too close to the opening. The pant legs are different lengths and the opening were sewn crooked. My sons had to bring their suits to a different tailor to have fixed due to us being two weeks from the wedding and no longer trusting Del Rio Cleaners. The tailor informed my sons that it was painfully obvious that the suits were done by someone with no experience and one of their jackets were done so badly and the sleeves were cut to short that he could not fix it. My son is now out an additional $200 and the owner of Del Rio Cleaners accused my son of making this up and is not willing to reimburse for the new jacket.She did surprisingly credit me back for the dry cleaning and the tailoring which in my option admits her fault in poor quality of service. No one should ever use Del Rio Dry Cleaners.
