I booked this hotel specifically because it was out of the city, hoping to avoid the loud sound of fireworks because of my dog. When checking in I was greeted by Andrea and Miguel who immediately made me feel so welcomed. They asked about plans for the night (it was new years eve) and seemed genuinely interested. When I let them know I had a dog they asked how he was with fireworks and when I told them not good, they immediately moved us to a corner room hoping the less foot traffic would be better for him and it absolutely was!
When we got back to the hotel around 2am someone had thrown up in the elevator. The employee (whose name I didn't get) was kind enough to let everyone else use the service elevator so we didn't have to take stairs. Our room key stopped working, they let us know they're really sensitive to magnets, so when we went to get it fixed the same employee stopped what he was doing and helped us. There were people checking in, throw up in the elevator, and guests with problems and this employee was still so kind and patient with everyone.
The room was standard, nothing exciting about it. We did stay in a suite so the extra space was nice. Tons of food places nearby so definitely walkable but probably just during the day. The price was really good for the location, us having a suite, and it being new years eve.
Really just wanted to leave a review for the service we received while here! 10/10, 5 stars, no notes.
