Finding the right place for my grandmother was so stressful in the past , but they made the process much easier this time around for her and for us! A special thank you to Amanda and Linda. I was the one in our family who took on finding a place for my grandmother because nobody else knew where to start. Even as an RN, I know the clinical side of care — but navigating senior placement, care homes, and all the options in between was completely new territory for me. They walked me through everything step by step, never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions, and found my grandmother a home that truly fits her personality and her needs. Naomi Reyes was the person who assisted us finding the right place for my brother in law. She asked questions about everything: how he lived, interests, activities, and yes, finances. I cannot recommend Naomi enough. She helped make a very difficult situation manageable.

My experience with this company has been wonderful and stressful at the same time. Noemi Reyes, one of the advisors that help place seniors into the proper care facility, basically took me by the hand and guided me through the process of finding a care facility for my wife. The wonderful part of the process was being able to talk to her about anything that I did not know, which was everything. The stressful part was having to place my wife somewhere in the first place. Noemi went above and beyond to help me with the whole placement process. It started when I was trying to get my wife into the hospital behavioral health unit to stabilize her again because she was off of her medications. I contacted Noemi and let her know the situation and she came to our home and called the Police and told them who she was and that my wife needed to go to the hospital and was refusing to go. Now, I had done this myself many times and they always sent a regular patrolman who would tell me there was nothing he could do since she was refusing to go. This time though, because of Noemi, they sent the whole mental health unit and she waited there with me until they arrived and took my wife to the hospital. She then found the right care facility for my wife's condition and my wife has been there for a little over a year now. None of this would have been possible if it wasn't for Trusted Senior Living Solutions and Noemi Reyes.
