Hull Brothers Roofing and Waterproofing

Chuck was hired to do two different locations. They were both done within 2 years of one another. The recent work he did in 2016 and in 2017 had two significant issues. The drains Hull Bros installed were about one inch too high and the water did not go into the drain but against it (flat roof). The bigger issue is that they were contracted to install new torch down systems and they had left three gaps in the seems that were discovered (literally) 6 weeks ago when I had layers of silcoine removed to see what was the causation. I then hired a forensic roof inspector who is CSLB certified to come out to confirm it was Hull. But before I sent a complaint, I called and left a review as chuck and geno ignored my pleas for help in 2022 and 2023 blaming it on anything but their faulty workmanship. On Jan 16 Geo promised to come out scheduled as a window between 1030 and 1130. He texted around 940 from Culver to say he was on the way and at 1002 I texted him asking where he was at. I texted him again at 1020 and he ignored both. Then at 1230 he said he was there at 10am. That weird thing could have been a miscomm from his sceduling but nonetheless I was prompt to be patient and try and reschedule not thinking the Ashroft (new owner) was playing games. Looks like I will file the CSLB.
