I was having major problems with my gears and my bike chain fell completely off on a ride the Saturday after Christmas. It was 10 minutes before they closed, but I called anyway to see what their hours were. Nate answered and said they were technically closed, but to come anyway and he'd be happy to look at my bike. He had it fixed in less than 24 hours and I was able to pick it up the next day, a Sunday, also a day they were closed. He fixed it and was so great to work with. Another Valley shop had previously told me my bike was too old to fix and that I need to just buy a new one. I am so glad I found Rio Grande Bicycle Services. They are fast, friendly and affordable. Thank you very much for fixing my bike!! I will definitely be back.

Wow!! I’m biking the Continental Divide and called this shop and it’s by far the most productive stop on my ride so far. I got my bottom bracket greased, brakes tightened, and a few other odd and ends for $44 and I can’t believe how fast the service was. Heinrich was the guy who helped me out.
