My Auto Masters representative (Marshall) is approachable, professional, was always even tempered. Marshall persistently came with a smile. The timing cove replacement was a 24 hour job that took a little longer than expected. So we spoke quite a few times.
I would go back again, just for the great customer service that’s so hard to come bye these days. He’s a reasonable man.

We had a great experience at Auto Masters Repair Shop. We came in with a rusted, stripped license plate screw, and their team was incredibly kind and accommodating. They were able to fit us into their schedule the same day, which we truly appreciated. The crew worked together efficiently and professionally, and it was clear they communicated well and took pride in their work. Everyone was friendly and respectful, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We’re very thankful for their flexibility and excellent service and would highly recommend them.
