In Maine, I was the #4 agent for 2024 within Coldwell Banker. I do not focus on sales numbers, but rather on meeting my clients' needs. I own a title company in Maine and work with real estate agents every day, and Jason Clark is always a pleasure to work with. His buyers arrive at the closing table and tell me that Jason has already walked them through the Closing Disclosure in detail. That is music to my ears.
Earlier this week, I closed a transaction for one of Jason’s buyers who spoke no English. The buyer was accompanied by his son, who speaks both English and Spanish. I explained all of the title and mortgage documents, and Jason translated every part of the discussion—property tax prorations, title insurance, mortgage covenants—with accuracy, fluency, and patience. Translating these concepts into Spanish is no easy task, yet Jason did it seamlessly. His client left the closing confident and grateful to have such a capable advocate at his side.
