Classic Kouign Amann
$7.00
Originating from Brittany, France, the Kouign-Amann is often called the most caramelized pastry in the world. Made with laminated dough similar to a croissant, but folded with sugar and butter between each layer, it bakes into something entirely different — crisp, deeply caramelized, and almost candy-like on the outside, while staying tender and flaky within.
Blueberry Lemon Scone
$5.00
The classic scone originated in the UK and is meant to be tender and lightly crumbed — not cakey, not dense, and never overly sweet. The key is cold butter, minimal mixing, and a delicate hand. Our Blueberry Lemon Scone balances richness and brightness. Whole blueberries burst into the dough as it bakes, while fresh lemon zest lifts the flavor and keeps it from feeling heavy.

This new bakery is such a gem! As someone who regularly visits cafés, this will become my new go-to. Food: The heirloom avocado toast is definitely worth the money. They were generous with the avocado and it was bursting with flavor. It had a hint of umami, sweet, sour, and spicy. It was a unique take on avocado toast but I really loved it; it was delicious and surprisingly filling. The copperleaf egg sandwich is a simple, delicious sandwich. The daily granola yogurt was really good. It had so many fresh toppings and the yogurt was thick and flavorful. The coffees were also great. Very strong and rich coffee. Service & Atmosphere: The servers were very friendly and professional. The café was also very clean, I loved the clean decor. It's quiet enough to work and read, but it's also a great place for friends to talk quietly. There's enough seating but not so much that it could get packed. The restroom was also very clean. I'd definitely come back for the food and to work/read.

So happy that this place opened on my block! I went in the other day, and was wanting a fun beverage. one of the baristas, Shane (sorry if I spelled it wrong), kindly recommended her personally crafted iced rose matcha latte. It was one of the best matcha lattes I’ve ever had! The pastries are also top notch, and the place is always got people coming in and out which is a nice vibe for a new cafe.
