Woodlands Pet Resort

This place is a hidden gem. I was so nervous boarding our toy poodle for the first time. Bert the owner is such a nice person and our Lady immediately picked up on that. Best rates in town AND webcam in room to ease anxiety. She was freshly washed at pick up and smelled clean which was extra impressive. We are customers for life ! Thanks Bert !

This is the absolute best place we've ever left our pups! We have used many kennels in the past, and we have never had a problem, but our dogs were always nervous and didn't eat well. They love staying at Woodland's Pet Resort! They are excited to get there, they eat all of their meals, and they absolutely love Burt! He is so great with them! It is a little bit of a drive for us, but I would never take my pups anywhere else!

Woodlands is absolutely the best boarder in town. We drive quite a ways to get to Bert's place but it is worth it. He and his entire staff love animals. My dog is always happy to go there. If he stays more than 2 nights he gets a free bath. There is one set price so no added extras. We will never consider anywhere else.

We have been using them for over a year now. My dog loves to go and gets out of the car wagging her tail. She has her own room that has a solid door she can not see out of (it does have a window up top for humans) and I think this helps her to stay calm and not hear so much barking. The bath upon leaving is a great touch!

We went on a tour of Woodland Pet Resort. The owner Bert Holcombe was great. He was compassionate about the bond you have with your dog. He will meet the needs of your animals. The rooms have cameras so you can check on your little ones. The rooms have a privacy rock area. Would highly recommend this beautiful Resort.

I've been bringing my dog here for the last several years and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. Burt and his staff are excellent at what they do. My dog is always well taken care of when I pick him up. The pricing is excellent, and your pet gets a free bath with a stay of a couple of nights. The rooms are large, the webcams let you check in on your pet, and it's always a great experience. Highly recommended!

You can trust Bert to take the best care of your cat or dog. His kennels are immaculate and each room is like a motel room for dogs. They even have their own little patio. Bert spends a lot of personal time with the animals and his character is very calming.

Seems ok. They took good care of our dog. They didn't ask many questions about what to bring or not bring in regards to bedding, food, or bowl. We should have asked on the phone. But in the end he did well there.

We recently boarded our dog here during a week long vacation and were able to check in periodically with the webcam that's included in the price. Considering the location being way out in Greer, with us living in Taylors, I'm still a definite advocate for this place. Our dog had a great large room with a fenced in yard attached to go to the bathroom. She has always hated being boarded, yet staying at Woodlands with Bert and his crew, she never barked, was able to have toys in her room and fell in love with everyone there, who reported her behavior as "sweet as can be." I'm so glad I've found a pet hotel to keep our dog, where I know she will be cared for and made to never feel anxious. She also got a checkout bath on her last day. :) Goodbye forever, PetSmart! Woodlands is the best!

These guys went way above and beyond. Dropped my pregnant dog off for 4 days. While I was gone she went into labor and they were there for her through the whole process till I was able to come get her and the pups. The cameras were a great help on my mental state and you could tell she was happy. Definitely recommend this place above all others. Will be using again on my next trip.
