Rapid Rescue Rooter and plumbing

Excellent plumber. Always on time and Wes kept me informed as to the progress to the plumbing issue. As a property manager I have used his services at least 15 times and always very satisfied with his service and professionalism. He has repaired or replaced faucets , installed tankless hot water heaters , cleared drains , Wes also repaired a gas heating unit at one of the properties. Very knowledgeable and always does an excellent job. I highly recommend him! 5 STAR service.

I found Wesley through Angi’s list to initially install a new smart toilet in my bathroom as part of my bathroom remodel. During the call and in person consultation, he tested the water and found that the water was hard with a lot impurities and recommended that a new water filtration and water softener system be installed before doing the bathroom remodel. He also recommended to do the plumbing as it needed to be fixed. I followed his advice and Wesley and his colleague completed the work. They kept me apprised of the work while I was out of the house and completed the work within the day. The plumbing issues is now fixed and the water system is now much improved. I also planned to remodel my kitchen and based on the work he did with plumbing I asked him to change out my kitchen sink, faucet, drinking water filtration system and garbage disposal. He picked the kitchen sink and faucet I wanted and completed the installation within the day while I was out of the house. The kitchen is now more functional than before and the new drinking water system is a much better improvement than the Brita filter water I was using before Wesley is customer focused and knowledgeable to ask the right questions in understanding my needs and providing me with the advice I needed to make an informed decision. His work ethic was great in getting the job done with minimal interruptions. I was impressed with the outcome of the work and look forward to having him help out with my future bathroom and kitchen remodels.
