Platform 9 Bar & Kitchen Blackpool

I had the pleasure of dining at Platform 9, located in the Holiday Inn hotel in Blackpool, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely delicious — from starters to mains and desserts. Everything was full of flavour, well presented, and very reasonably priced. The service deserves special praise. The staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. On request, they were happy to prepare cocktails that were not even listed on the menu, which really shows their great attitude and skills. Special thanks to Aron, Seb, and Maja — they truly made a difference. Their friendliness and professionalism created a great atmosphere and made the whole visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended and definitely a place worth coming back to. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We visited Platform 9 for my husband’s birthday with friends as a group of 4, let’s just say none of us were disappointed! The food was incredible, presented beautifully and great value for money. The restaurant itself had great atmosphere with chilled vibes that even made us sit in the bar area after our meal for a few extra drinks! Staff and service were all great and they gave a nice little touch for our occasion by bringing the birthday boy a desert after our meal! We will definitely be back!
