Sparklers Hand Car Wash

I’ve just had my car washed and I’m honestly extremely happy with the result. I live on a farm, so the car was extremely dirty and even full of spider webs, and they still managed to leave it spotless. The car couldn’t have been any cleaner. All the staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the owner, who was incredibly kind. I also found it very affordable for the quality of service they provide.

The staff were friendly and polite, and I also want to mention that I have had a good experience here in the past. Unfortunately, this time the service was a bit disappointing. I requested a standard interior and exterior clean, however when I collected the car I was charged for a wash and polish, which I did not ask for. The interior cleaning was quite rough : there were visible marks left on the dashboard and windscreen. The cup holders already had some sticky residue before the service, but they were not properly cleaned and still had sticky patches when I picked up the car. I was only able to remove them once home using the right products. Additionally, some kind of tyre gloss appears to have been applied, leaving black residue and streaks around the rims. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of work.
