Riverside Renovation & Remediation

I was lucky to find RiversideRemovation, owner, Mike Mynaham. I had water pipe burst. He & his guys did all renovations inside, repair walls, paint and new floor installation and put in new insulation. He was reasonable, reliable and good to have in your home.

Highly recommend Riverside R&R for anyone who needs mitigation and renovation. My kitchen was flooded and the water seeped down into the finished bedroom in my basement. They came in and removed everything in the kitchen and took the damaged hardwood flooring out. Got the machines going to remove mold spores and checked on them regularly. I had them replace the kitchen floor with tile and then they had to rebuild the kitchen. Great care was taken with spray painting the cabinets. The basement was a little easier ceilings tiles were replaced and a portion of wall- Sheetrock was removed and new sheetrock was placed and the bedroom was painted. See pictures below.
